What this page is

This page collects requests for vehicle sourcing. No payment is taken here, and sending a request does not create a contract or any obligation to pay. Before any paid work we agree the scope, fee and conditions with you in writing.

Service and fee

We find vehicles for sale in Spain or elsewhere in the EU that match your request, inspect the one you choose, help with the purchase paperwork, and arrange export documents and shipping to a US port. The free part is a shortlist of 3 vehicles with an estimated cost to your US port. If you decide to go ahead with a specific vehicle, our fee is $3,000 per truck, flat. The fee excludes taxes. It does not include the vehicle price, transport, freight, insurance, import duty, customs broker, port fees, state title, registration or sales tax, which you pay to the relevant providers or authorities.

Our role

We are not a car dealer. We do not buy, own or resell vehicles and we never take title. You buy the vehicle from the seller and you are the importer of record in the United States. We do not hold money for the vehicle: you pay the seller directly or through a licensed escrow service.

Estimates, availability and inspection

• Cost estimates are dated and based on listing prices, published freight rates, exchange rates and duty rates on that date. They can change.
• US Customs decides the duty rate based on the vehicle's classification (VIN, body type). We show our best reading and, when unclear, both possible rates.
• A vehicle on a shortlist is not reserved. The seller may sell it before inspection or purchase.
• An inspection is a visual and documentary check at one point in time. It is not a warranty and can miss hidden defects.
• Eligibility under the 25-year rule is checked against the VIN and documents. Final admission is decided by US authorities.

Timing

We send the free shortlist of 3 vehicles within 72 hours of receiving a complete request. Inspection dates, shipping times and customs release depend on sellers, carriers and authorities and are estimates, not promises.

Personal buyers

If you buy for personal use, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
