Who we are

What we collect and why

• Request form: your email, the model, years, budget, condition, US state or port and timeline you are looking for, and whether you buy for yourself or a business. We use them to answer your request and send you vehicle options. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent to be emailed about this request (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address above.
• Usage analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the page is used (page views, clicks, scrolling, session replays with form fields masked). Clarity runs in its no-cookie mode: nothing is stored on your device and each page view gets a new random id, so we cannot recognise you across visits. Clarity processes your IP address and device data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring interest in this offer and improving the page (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time. • Forms may be hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) acting as our processor under its data processing agreement.
• Hosting: the page is served by our hosting provider, which processes your IP address in server logs for security.

This site does not set cookies or store anything on your device.

Do you have to give us data?

No. The form is optional; without an email we cannot send you vehicle options.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Who else gets it

Only service providers that help us run this page (hosting, analytics, email, forms). Some of them may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to aleksei+lab@iakuban.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
